FUNCTION UtilsWriteULINT : UDINT

Writes an ULINT to an IServiceWriter instance.

InOut:

Return	UtilsWriteULINT	UDINT	0 if the processing was successful.
Input	itfServiceWriter	IServiceWriter	The IServiceWriter instance, where the data has to be written to
	uiTag	UINT	The tag used for identifying the data
	uliValue	ULINT	The ULINT value, that has to be written
	xHasToSwap	BOOL	Flag, indicating, whether the bytes of the ULINT value have to be swapped
