TYPE EEthernetState :

InOut:

Name	Initial	Comment
NOT_CONFIGURED	0	On startup.
CONFIGURED		After UpdateConfiguration.
DISCONNECTED		Maybe IP ist set with delay (DHCP) or if cable will be plugged.
RUNNING		Adapter found and configuration taken or done.
ERROR		NICName was not found / network interface not avaiable.
SET_IP_ERROR		The OS has not allowed to set the ip.
