	`xError`	`BOOL`		Communication error. Output PNIOStatus displays reason.
	`PNIOStatus`	`UDINT`	16#FFFFFFFF	The current PNIO Status of the device.
	`xDiagnosis`	`BOOL`		Any module of the slave has a diagnosis entry.
	`xModuleDiff`	`BOOL`		The module configuration is not matching (wrong or missing).
