Definition of the BACnetDestination structure

recipient	IEC_BACNET_RECIPIENT	The destination device(s) to receive notifications
processID	IEC_BACNET_UINT	The handle of a process within the recipient device that is to receive the event notification
issueConfNotification	IEC_BACNET_BOOLEAN	(TRUE) if confirmed notifications are to be sent and (FALSE) if unconfirmed notifications are to be sent
