FUNCTION BACnetWriteFileResponseCbCompletion : IEC_BACNET_STATUS

Sends an AtomicWriteFile response.

Completes a AtomicWriteFile service hook by generating a AtomicWriteFile-Ack reply. This is a service completion routine.
