OpenChangePasswordDialog2 (FUN)

FUNCTION OpenChangePasswordDialog2

This function is a replacement of function OpenChangePasswordDialog. It also gets an IVisualElement instance, that opens the dialog and that will get the notification if the dialog is closed.
