FUNCTION_BLOCK PcoBinSet

This function block is designed for recieving single command from the Scada system

InOut:

Scope	Name	Type	Initial	Comment
Input	In	BOOL	FALSE	1: Actual status, that is result of command from Scada side
	EnPulse	BOOL	FALSE	2: Pulse output. EN_PULSE = TRUE, CMD variable would be reset and Out will only be active for one program cycle.
Inout	Scada	PCO_BINSET_TYPE		3: Structure variable for connection to Scada system
Output	Out	BOOL	FALSE	1: Command output
