SolarNSAxisSecondary (FUN)

FUNCTION SolarNSAxisSecondary : LREAL

This function calculates the angle of secondary axis according to: azimuth, elevation, correction alignment factor and angle of main axis. This function assumes the East West axis as the main system axis. Output parameter is the secondary axis angle.
