FUNCTION SIL2OEMException : RTS_IEC_RESULT

Function to set Runtime into Exception-Mode. Whenever the runtime detects invalid behaviour, values or states, it calls this function with a specific Exception Code.</p> Depending on the implementation this function may not return!
