A Setpoint Reference is used in the Loop object, and may contain an object Property Reference or be empty. A Property Contents containing data of this type will have its tag equal to DATA_TYPE_SETPOINT_REFERENCE. This parameter, of type BACnetSetpointReference, contains zero or one references.
